What a weekend at St Joseph's Rugby Festival where Blundell's certainly left their mark!
The team got off to the perfect start with wins of Denstone and Strathallen, before losing their final pool game to one of the favourites Brighton College. Blundell's went through to the second day in the top 8 and despite a gallant effort, they lost to Millfield.
A good win over Trinity meant they made it through to the Final of the Plate, but a number of injuries and the majority of boys being held together with tape, it wasn't quite to be and we finished runners up.
Overall, the boys finished 6th which is a great achievement by the team, Jamie and Rocky also got named in the team of the tournament for their impressive displays.
