Harry Southgate has had a tremendous summer representing Devon U18s and local premier league team Heathcoat CC, skippered by our very own Mr Lewis.
For Devon scoring 108 vs Wales in the 50 over county cup quarter final and 46 not out and 53 not out vs Wiltshire in a T20 double-header. The scoring continued with 138 not out vs Staffordshire in a 3-day game.
Towards the end of the summer break Harry scored 107 not out vs Bovey Tracey in the Devon Premier League with Mr Lewis praising his maturity.
Pippa Sproul continued her excellent school season making her Southern Vipers academy debut in May and scoring her first 50 for the Southern Vipers academy in against Northern Diamonds Academy. In addition, Pippa scored her first century for Hampshire U18s vs The Army. Pippa is looking to end the season with Hampshire lifting the national T20 cup at Loughborough on Sunday.
