In 2025 Blundell’s celebrates 50 years of women at the school. Join us for an evening celebrating women’s health, hosted by Jo Saunders (pictured).

  • Thursday 6th March
  • 7.30 – 9.30pm
  • Beale Centre, Blundell’s School

We’ll discuss how nutrition and lifestyle can support hormonal health at every life stage, from teens to later adulthood:

  • How and why hormones impact the way we feel
  • Key nutrients for hormonal and nervous system health
  • How to make positive nutrition changes in the context of a busy lifestyle
  • Practical lifestyle tips to support hormonal health through sleep, stress management and exercise
  • Useful resources – testing, therapeutic foods and herbs, supplements, recommended books, podcasts, the Blundell’s Wellness Director

A delicious menu of nutritious foods to try and refreshments will also be available.

An informal evening for the Blundell’s school community, led by Nutritional Therapist and Breathwork practitioner Jo Saunders, with the opportunity for discussion and questions with drinks and canapes afterwards. Jo is an experienced Nutritional Therapist with 13 years’ clinical experience and a special interest in supporting female hormone health throughout all life stages, in her clinic and through workshops and retreats.

Tickets are £10, with all proceeds to charity. Book here...
