Blundell's Association

A friendly, welcoming social network of events for parents, past and present

Set up in 2019, the Blundell’s Association is a social association; a network which coordinates events for parents (current and past) in order to give them an opportunity to attend a variety of events throughout the academic year, on and off campus.

Our hope is to be able to serve the parent body by putting on both social and informative style events and make sure that parents of recently left Blundellians are still able to be part of the Community should they wish to be.

To date, the Blundell’s Association has hosted a range of events; coffee mornings, film nights, tennis club nights, casual drinks, a cooking masterclass, Bristol Opera outing, informative and inspirational talks as well as guided tours of both the school gardens and grounds. There is also a weekly BA running group of parents which now meets every Tuesday evening at 6.15pm in the Prep School car park. It is open to runners of all abilities; we really just have a good chat whilst pootling around various lanes in Tiverton.

Below is a list of upcoming Blundell’s Association events for this term:

Wednesday 9th February: Parent Film Night: LION. Ondaatje Hall from 7–9pm. BOOKING REQUIRED. Free https://www.trybooking.co.uk/BKPH

Wednesday 16th March: Fives Masterclass with Alex Steele [National Champion]. Fives Courts from 6-8pm. BOOKING REQUIRED. Free https://www.trybooking.co.uk/BKPG

Blundell’s Association is run by Mrs Kate Wheatley (Old Blundellian; 1987-1989, Parent and Member of Staff). Please feel free to contact her if you have any queries.
