Basketball

Blundell’s has been at the heart of Devon basketball for a number of years, and the infamous ‘Blundell’s Bulls’ organise and host the annual “South West Winter League” (a competitive tournament aimed at challenging and developing local youth talent). Pupils play four times a week in school in the Winter term, as well as a weekly activity throughout the year, and engage in regular fixtures with Millfield, Taunton, Kings, West Buckland and other local schools. The squad has developed in size to around ~25 pupils in Year 11 and above, both male and female, and now including a 1st and 2nd team.
